An email with a bar code will be sent to each registrant prior to the meeting. There are special computers set up for "Express Check In" where you scan your bar code and then proceed to "Badge Pick up." If you are registered but do not receive your email bar code, the procedure is simple, just go to the preregistration desk, give your name to the clerk and your badge will be printed for you.
