The ASTS and AST offer a discounted registration fee if you register by April 2, 2010. Registration forms, including complete payment, must be received by this date to qualify for the early registration discount. Early registration is strongly recommended for those who wish to ensure their choice for early morning workshop tickets. Additionally, early registration ensures timely processing of your registration and helps avoid lengthy on-site lines. The early registration fees are considerably lower than on-site fees due to the increased costs for on-site registration including equipment, staff and set-up.

Letters of Invitation
Letters of invitation are available to registered participants. During the registration process, you will have the option to request a letter of invitation.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by April 23, 2010 to be reimbursed. There will be a $75 processing fee for all refunds. Refunds will not be processed until after the meeting. Refund requests after April 23, 2010, will not be honored. There will be no refunds for early morning workshops or social events.
Badges
Badges will not be mailed. Registered attendees will receive a barcode via email the week before the meeting. Simply scan your barcode at the meeting to receive your badge and registration materials.
