Use the email address associated with your AST and ASTS membership to receive a discounted submission rate of $25 per submission. If you do not see discounted pricing on the payment screen, please leave your submission as incomplete and contact program@atcmeeting.org for assistance.
Review the category and keyword options in advance.
Have your author list and abstract ready.
The abstract character limit is 2750 characters.
The character count includes: Abstract Title, Abstract Structure, Authors/Institutions, Table (320 characters), and Figures (320 characters) and does NOT include spaces.
If you intend to submit for a Young Investigator Travel Award, you will need to upload a letter of support from your Training Program Director during the submission. Learn more about Young Investigator Travel Awards here.
Your abstract should include:
- A sentence stating the study's purpose.
- A brief description of methods.
- A summary of the results.
- A statement of conclusions reached.
