Women's Networking Event

Join your fellow peers for ATC's Women's Networking Event. This networking event will go beyond the curriculum to discuss strategies to achieve personal and professional success. All In-person attendees are encouraged to attend this event.

The ATC Women's Networking Event is a joint activity of the ASTS, AST, and TTS.

Abstract Sessions

Plenary Oral Abstract Sessions

Sunday, June 2 – Wednesday, June 5

10-minute abstract presentations with Question and Answer at the end of each session.

Top-rated abstracts submitted through the ATC abstract submission process are presented orally with time for questions from the audience at the end of the session.

ATC’s People’s Choice Award

Wednesday, June 5

At the end of final Plenary session, attendees will be given the opportunity to VOTE on which Plenary abstract presentation is the MOST impactful to the transplant community.

Rapid Fire Oral Abstract Sessions

Saturday, June 2 – Tuesday, June 4

5-minute abstract presentations with Question and Answer at the end of each presentation.

Oral abstracts submitted through the ATC abstract submission process are presented orally with time for questions from the audience at the end of the session. Sessions are designed with specific topic-driven presentations.

Late Breaking Clinical Trials Abstract Session

Wednesday, June 5

10-minute abstract presentations with Question and Answer at the end of each presentation.

A special Oral Abstract Session will take place on Wednesday, June 5 highlighting Clinical Trial Abstracts submitted through the Late Breaking Abstract Submission.

Poster Abstract Presentations

In-person poster abstract presentations given by authors in front of their poster boards.

Poster Set-Up, Presentation & Dismantle Times

Poster Presenters will be in attendance during scheduled exhibit hall morning and afternoon networking break times. There will be no evening poster receptions on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
